Our Services include, but are not limited to: Ad Clone & Variation: Generating video variations from reference materials. AI Editing Tools: Smart Clipping, Video Upscaling, Transcript Extraction. AI Alteration Tools: Video Face Swap, AI Lip Sync, AI Translation. Utility Tools: Watermark Removal.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Adsturbo. Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to use Adsturbo only for lawful purposes. Given the powerful nature of our AI tools, you strictly agree NOT to use the Services to: Deepfakes & Impersonation: Create content that impersonates any individual, celebrity, or public figure without their explicit, written consent. Use of the Video Face Swap or AI Lip Sync features to mislead, defame, or infringe upon the rights of publicity of any person is strictly prohibited. Illegal Content: Upload or generate content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, hateful, violent, or promotes illegal acts. Copyright Infringement: Use the Watermark Removal tool or other features to remove copyright notices or appropriate content that you do not own or have a license to modify. Adsturbo disclaims all liability for your unauthorized modification of third-party copyrighted material. Political Misinformation: Create fake news, political propaganda, or misleading content intended to manipulate public opinion.
Your Content: You retain ownership of the reference videos, photos, and materials you upload to Adsturbo ("User Input"). You grant Adsturbo a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and use your User Input solely for the purpose of generating the requested output (e.g., the edited video). AI Generations: Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Adsturbo assigns to you all rights, title, and interest in the final content generated by the Platform ("User Output"). Platform Property: Adsturbo retains all rights to the Platform's software, source code, AI models, algorithms, interface designs, and trademarks.
Ad Clone & Variation: You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the "Reference Video" uploaded. You acknowledge that AI generation is probabilistic and we do not guarantee that the output will be free of errors or artifacts. Face Swap & Lip Sync: By using these features, you warrant that you have obtained verifiable consent from the person whose face or voice is being used or simulated. We reserve the right to request proof of consent and to ban accounts that violate this policy. Watermark Removal: This tool is provided for restoring content you own (e.g., lost source files). Using this tool to remove watermarks from content owned by third parties is a violation of these Terms and potentially applicable copyright laws.
Pricing: Some features require a paid subscription or credit usage. Prices are displayed on the Platform and are subject to change with notice. Credits: If the Service operates on a credit system, credits may have an expiration date. Unused credits are non-refundable unless required by law. ADSTURBO MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR QUALITY OF THE AI-GENERATED CONTENT. AI Hallucinations: You acknowledge that AI may produce incorrect, offensive, or biased results. You should verify all Output before using it for commercial advertising.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADSTURBO AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Specific Exclusion: We are not liable for any legal claims arising from your use of Face Swap or Watermark Removal features in violation of third-party rights.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Adsturbo, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights; or (d) any content you generate using Adsturbo.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Adsturbo at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, specifically regarding the creation of non-consensual deepfakes or copyright infringement.
