Refund & Credits Policy

1. What this policy covers

This policy covers AdsTurbo subscriptions, Credits used for generation, and payment-related refund handling. It separates Credits returned after a failed task from cash refunds processed by a payment provider.

2. Subscription cancellations

You can cancel a subscription through your account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal and does not end the current billing period early.

The .ai and .cn sites follow the same cancellation rule. The available cancellation flow depends on the payment channel used for the subscription.

Cancellation alone does not trigger a cash refund or a prorated refund for the current billing period.

3. Failed generations and Credits

If a generation task is marked Failed, AdsTurbo automatically returns all Credits consumed by that task to your account. You do not need to submit a request. The returned Credits may take a few minutes to appear.

4. Payment refunds

The .ai site processes payments through Stripe, and the .cn site processes payments through Alipay. Duplicate charges and charges that were not authorized by the account holder are handled through the third-party payment platform used for the transaction.

Cash refund requirements, required information, processing times, and arrival times are subject to the relevant payment platform’s rules and processing outcome.

5. How Credits and cash refunds differ

A Credits return restores usage balance inside AdsTurbo. It does not return money to a bank account or card.

A cash refund reverses a payment through the payment platform. It is separate from the automatic Credits return applied to a failed generation.
